It was perfect and incredible to the coffee shop which is plenty in old town. Exceptionally helpful staff and the stay was just perfect. All in all everything was really good, as a bonus I received ironing free of charge. For safety measures it had smoke detectors.

The neighborhood was very peaceful and the host was extremely friendly, arranging a late check-out for us.

Marvellous location near to the main square, old town, and Krakow, and the room was elegant. The staff was professional and attentive at all times.

The apartment was large and beautiful with original furniture and internal balcony. Very well located to the Main Square and extremely clean. Damien was very helpful with tours particularly during the busy World Youth Days. Would not hesitate to recommend for a unique Kraków experience.

Felt safe walking at night, nothing too much trouble.

The apartments are a good location to explore the town, a few minutes walk to the beautiful square. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble , will recommend any person staying that the stay would be a comfortable one. We booked the breakfast and had the choice of eating in the restaurant or our room, we chose the later and was serve a very good meal. The kitchen facilities are excellent , with a supermarket three minutes away you can get all required.The bathroom was very welcoming , especially after a long day touring day at Auschwitz.

Attentive staff, spacious and well-furnished room. Convenient location for exploring the city and accessing transportation. Good walking distance to main square and train/bus terminal. satisfied with the experience.

Fantastic location. Owner and staff very warm and friendly. Apartment was better than expected with full kitchen, sitting area, entry foyer. Lots of great restaurant options nearby and 2 blocks from main square. Would definitely stay again (and plan to)!

The Poet's Room in Orlowska Townhouse was absolutely charming. The antique furniture and old books created a delightful 19th-century atmosphere, while still offering modern amenities. The room overlooked the street, adding to the ambiance. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the receptionist, Paulina, was incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to help us find a car rental on a busy holiday weekend, and even allowed us to store our bags after check-out. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique and memorable stay.

Server is friendly and sincere. Rooms are beautiful. I may return to spend Christmas with my family.

It is absolutely amazing and very special hotel. Two minutes from the central square, 10 min on feet from the central station. Clean, friendly staff (Klaudia ciao!!! You are the best, grazie for pierogi!). The best moment is a style of this apartments. If you search just good modern room in the centre of Krakow is not a problem to find another cheap hotel there. But if you want something special, something what can open to you atmosphere of history, culture of this city, if you want TO FEEL yourself like a king your choice is this hotel. Each detail of room is exactly on the right place. Colors, material, fabric, dishes give a pleasure to feel yourself in the distant time. There is perfect designer's job!!! We liked everything! Bath, mirrors, bed, furnitures... Restaurant is stylish and cozy. Best regards to your designer again)) It is not just beautiful apartment, it is INTERESTING place which you will never forget! We didn't feel that we are in the hotel in 2012, we were like in the castle in Krakow in 17th century. But with current service. We would like to return back to you!
